Seagate and IBM have great online resources providing configuration information and specifications for their drives. However, I often find myself searching for information on the same drives, over and over again. That's because I own a small subset of the vast line of products these companies offer.
So, on this page, I've collected some of the useful information about the most of the drives I own that have a capacity of at least a gigabyte. (I don't tend to use my large stash of sub-gigabyte drives anymore. Anyone want them?)

Verify the warrany status of a Seagate drive.
Some notes on Seagate's terminology:
The model name contains a number, which is the maximum capacity in that series, and may contain letters, which indicate the drive's generation, in this order: without letters, LP, XL, ES.
